Each day, you’ll deal yourself a full deck of color-coded Nutri-cards representing the foods you need in each group – breads and grains, fruits, meats and vegetarian proteins, vegetables, milk, and oils and other fats. Each card includes delicious and easy-to-find examples -- plus the right portion sizes, the number of servings you need each day, and helpful hints.
